Alvaro Morata might not have had a very good first season with Chelsea and following talks of unsettlement in London, the former Real Madrid striker may be heading to German Bundesliga with Bayern Munich manager ready to have him replace wantaway striker Lewandowski according to reports from Metro.

Lewandowski has eyed an opportunity to play with a more ambitious club such as Real Madrid and the Los Blanco are not ruling out the possibility of a move for the Polish striker.

The Poland international joined the Bundesliga giants five years ago but Madrid is keen on him to take over from Karim Benzema in what is likely to be a busy summer for Zinedine Zidane’s side.

Chelsea brought in Giroud during the winter market with the hope of creating a healthy competition between him and Morata.

Morata who was a guaranteed starter for the London outfit must now accept Conte’s rotational policy and could regain his first place spot if he decides to replace Lewandowski at Bayern Munich
