Manchester United, Manchester City And Chelsea Wins As The Fight For EPL Title Continues
Manchester United made it 5 wins out of 6 in this premier league campaign. United defeated Southampton 1-0, thanks to Romelu Lukaku who scored from Asley Young’s superb cross.
United started the game brightly during the first half of the game and made some chances, but Southampton also played well. They made it difficult for the away team as United were forced to play defensively all through the second half of the game.
Herera, David Blind, Chris Smalling all came into the second half of the game to form a solid defense as the home team made it difficult for United.
The game ended 1-0 in favor of Manchester United as they remain tied up in the premier league table with Manchester City who won 5-0 against Crystal Palace.
It is obvious that United felt the absence of Paul Pogba, Romeru Lukaku continues his bright start in Manchester United’s colors.
Elsewhere, Chelsea wins big against Stoke City as the game ended 5-0, thanks to Alvero Morata after scoring his first Hat-trick of the season, and also Pedro’s goal. Chelsea was fearless as they domination the game to edge closer to the two Manchester teams.
Manchester City on the other hand wherein fine form as Leroy Sane, Raheem Sterling’s double, a Sergio Aguero strike and a late Fabian Delph effort saw out the game and gave City a 5-0 victory over Crystal Palace. Manchester City remains top of the EPL table on goal difference with Manchester United just behind.
